Here's an updated photo of me and my little girl Kiara at a wedding we attended earlier in the month. Isn't she getting so big? She is now 9 months old! My.. how the days have flown by! 

My Stampek Baby @ 21 weeks!

Okay.. so I guess the pregnancy pains are worth the trouble.. knowing that this little one is in my tummy. hee-hee! I know all will be worth it once she is out! So this here is the latest video on the little baby in my womb.. my precious daughter, whom I've already named, "Kiara Grace Stampek". I was very surprised she'd be a girl.. because most of everyone I know was guessing a boy. lol. ;D But they were all wrong! haha. Anyway, she's only 4 months away from being in my arms. Can't wait! May the Lord help me to guide her as she enters into this world. Enjoy the video!

My 1st Pregnancy Pains!

Okay.. yesterday & the day before were the worst 2 days of PAIN PREGNANCY so far! lol. :P WOW! Phew! I'm so exhausted! 

The 1st day.. was the evil Dentist pain... (Extreme weeping & gnashing of teeth). It was like walking into the valley of death going there. No joke! Ask my husband! lol. :P And for the entire day.. I was out of it due to the distraction of irritation, sensitivity & discomfort.

And the 2nd day.. was insane gross constipation.. unlike anything I've ever felt! I found that this was normal among 30-40% of pregnant woman. I thought I would have to go to the hospital or something.. cause the pain of bloating was so severe! But I think now, after 6 hours of constant running to the bathroom - I've come to feel a bit better. I've been drinking water like mad, so have been keeping myself hydrated.

At the moment I'll ONLY be having fiber-filled foods.. such as fruit & veggies & will be exercising more often then I have been. And most importantly praying for the Lord's sovereign hand to comfort me & keep my baby healthy during this time. If you are a Christian reading this.. please agree with me in Prayer.. I'd totally appreciate it! :) And if you're an atheist.. I guess, wish well for me? lol.

Still Drawing Lots

I know I haven't posted in a while.. but it's because I'm working. I will post more as soon as I am allowed to share. ;)

My Wacom is Retiring from Work. lol. :P

Yes, it's established that my wacom tablet has seen it's final drawing. I'm going to be looking around for a new one. Though, I wish I could afford the new Wacom Intuos 4 or even the Cintiq 21ux would be an outstanding replacement. But I must humble myself to whatever is available quickly so that I can do the work, I'm missing out on right now. :)I extended it's life as long as possible with taping up it's blood vessels. hee-hee.
But there was no reviving for this baby. It's time to bury that puppy now. ;)

Quick Update.

Yes.. I've been drawing. I have! But I've been drawing so very much.. I have no time to post at the moment. I will in the long run.. post what I've been up to. But for now, I must tackle the wave of work that has hit me!

I've also been socially busy with Church over at CALVARY CHAPEL MELBOURNE, AU. It's been great for me though. I love the people out here. They're all so very sweet.
Meanwhile, I'll leave ya with a drawing I did for my own family members during the Christmas Rush. I drew each of us.. and added it to some Merchandise. They absolutely loved it... and will hopefully treasure it for as long as they can. hee-hee. ;D

okay.. I know I've been gone a while...

I've really been pretty busy & not posting much. Reason being: I've had ups & downs, in & outs. I've really had a pretty rough few months regarding my Health.
Things are now looking up, slowly - but surely.. and I give all the Glory to God for that. I also thank all of my brothers & sisters in Christ for praying daily for me. They have been a wonderful support.

"For where two or three are gathered together
in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”
(Matthew 18:20)

Also, I've had some time to sit & do some repenting of my own. This is something all of us christians need to do daily. Not necessarily for 'Salvation', but for 'Examination' of ourselves to make sure we are walking in the faith. I'm grateful that a sister of Christ of mine was bold enough to tell me she got a word from the Lord to forgive someone I know. I thought I had forgiven them, but every time I thought about them... an annoying attitude would arise about all the things that irritated me about them. That was the key factor that made me realize that I hadn't completely forgiven. As a born-again christian, we have what the bible calls a helper to guide us through these tough challenges, so that we may overcome them.

"Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you." (John 16:7)

That helper is God's 'Holy Spirit'.

Then, 2 books that Cedric Homestead worked on too. I've been a fan of his for a long time. His work is brilliant.



The artwork I did was 1st drawn in pencil.
2nd I inked it with a "Faber Castell" Pitt Pen / (Brush Pen).
3rd colored it in "Corel Painter" on my wacom tablet.
4th Finally, I did the font work in "Photoshop" combining it altogether.

Barbara Cameron's "Full House of Growing Pains"

If you haven't read this book, "A Full House of Growing Pains" you are missing out! Barbara Cameron, (who is the mother of 4 - the "The little Growing Pain - Kirk Cameron" & also of Candace Cameron from tv show, "Full House", as well as Bridgette & Melissa Cameron) pours her heart out in this story about all her own personal trials she dealt with in her life. The good & the bad. She was very brave to have been so honest.

It was of great delight to me.. I was very grateful... and ashamed I didn't read it sooner! It takes me a while sometimes to get to the books I have sitting on my shelf! lol. It was so difficult putting the book down. I just wanted to continue to read on. This book will make you cry & laugh feeling every bit of emotional experience. It's given me a sort of relief to realize I'm not the only female in the world who has so many clusters of emotional thoughts running through my mind constantly. lol. ♥

So, I had this photo below taken of us back in 2006. It's a terrible photo of me, I know.. but I had been so tired from driving like 8 hours by myself & then, attending the "Transformed" event.. which I must say was Incredible!

I thought this was so funny. This is from of Will Eisner's books. This sums up a lot of what can happen during the process of books being published. lol.

But generally speaking, some authors can be so specific about what they want in all areas of feeling, emotion, composition, etc. and can really help an artist view what they'd like to portray visually. But sometimes there can be a struggle. I've had both instances happen to me.

So yeah... sometimes things will run "perfect & smoothly"; other times, "difficult & unclear". Either way, I'll ask for direction & favor with the client from God through prayer and/or just give thanks to God for supplying me with the ability to do so.

This was a quick 6 minute sketch of Justin Peters. @ Ter: I know you asked me in an earlier post of Justin Peters of why I took it down.. and it was because I wasn't satisfied with it.. and wanted to draw him again. He didn't ask me to take it down. lol. ;D Anyway, for those who don't know Justin. I have some videos of him below if you scroll down to one of the earlier blogs or click here. He was out here in Australia not too long ago.. and it was awesome to meet him. He was a very kind & godly loving man. He's lives for Christ & pleads with people to open up their eyes to discernment.
P.S. My computer has been down. So, I've been catching up with cleaning up my office, house, etc. Sorry for the lack of art! lol. I'm getting back to work now soon... and shall have more to share. :) yaay!

What I was implying in the blogpost earlier.. is that I HAVE NO TIME OFF AT ALL.. AND HAVE NOT FOR A LONG TIME!!!

A BREAK... from having any time off.. meaning: No time off whatsoever! lol. I guess I only make sense to myself.. forgive me for me being unclear! Dude.. I've been so busy up to my ears in work! I don't even have time to invoice people to get paid! Now.. that's pretty bad! huh?

Anyhow.. I'm enjoying it though.. cause it's really fun work!
It's just a lot at one time!
