• Jack T. Chick is known to have sold more copies of his comic books over any other artist in the world since 1960. Over 750 million have been sold. And you can find them at www.Chick.com at 17¢ a piece.

• Jack Chick, a controversial California-based evangelist who used comic books to spread the gospel, died Sunday at the age of 92, according to a note on his Facebook page: “Brothers and Sisters in Christ: Brother Jack Chick passed away Sunday evening, October 23, peacefully in his sleep. He was 92.”

okay.. so ever since I had my lovely daughter on the 5th of June.. she has been such a darling. She's also been a handful.. and my life has been overwhelming busy now. This is basically how life has been since she's arrived. lol. She is now nearly walking (without hands) and just turned 9 months old yesterday. 

My dog, "Angel" adores her. My cat, "Snuggles" is petrified of her & her screaming... hee-hee. And David & I are just trying to cope making sure she doesn't put the wrong things in her mouth. She's had 2 teeth since she was 4 months old.. and she is finally getting two of her top teeth very soon!

Album Cover - Steve Rowe

okay.. well, this is an album cover I did for a christian metal band. I'm not into metal, nor have I ever.. so this was a bit of a challenge for me. lol. Anyhow, Steve Rowe (owner of Rowe Productions & Wonrowe Vision)generously contacted me(He's also the main Artist of Mortification & Light Force). He had a very precise requested description for me. I posted it below the images. It will give you some definition of what's going on in the artwork.





Description: The front cover is the Robocoptor flying through the air towards like the edge of hell. People are falling in with shock & some standing around like talking & laughing not recognizing the danger. Some see the close danger & are climbing a rope ladder sent down by Robaocotor to rescue them. They are looking across at hell, climbing the ladder relieved that they are being rescued. A big devil is on the left threatening Robocopor but Robocoptor is shooting him with machine gun rounds from his landing pads underneath the copter. That is what he lands on like a normal copter. The background will go off into distant twisted hills. Like this is the last valley of life outside Christ just before death comes. Like rescuing people a few metres from hell just before they die. Characters with Suits, long hairs, punks, woman in dress & heels. Just a Cross section of society. All with 1 last chance to be saved. - Steve Rowe

Here's a Beth Moore Caricature I did the other day.
I've been doing a 'Bible-Study' at the Ladies Ministry at my Church.
It's been really good. This lady is really funny, but at the same time,
she speaks the truth!

I think EVERY Ladies Ministry should have this teaching in their church. I've learned soooo much! I highly recommend it in a big way. It's NOT a 'man-bashing-teaching' & it's NOT a 'feminist-teaching' either.. it's straight-up biblical. The good stuff! :)

Barbara Cameron's "A Full House of Growing Pains"

Here's a quick caricature I drew of Barbara Cameron
(Her birthday just passed June 8th & so I gave her this as a gift)

If you haven't read this book, "A Full House of Growing Pains" you are missing out! Barbara Cameron, (who is the mother of 4 - the "The little Growing Pain - Kirk Cameron" & also of Candace Cameron from tv show, "Full House", as well as Bridgette & Melissa Cameron) pours her heart out in this story about all her own personal trials she dealt with in her life. The good & the bad. She was very brave to have been so honest.

It was of great delight to me.. I was very grateful... and ashamed I didn't read it sooner! It takes me a while sometimes to get to the books I have sitting on my shelf! lol. It was so difficult putting the book down. I just wanted to continue to read on. This book will make you cry & laugh feeling every bit of emotional experience. It's given me a sort of relief to realize I'm not the only female in the world who has so many clusters of emotional thoughts running through my mind constantly. lol. ♥

I was even *dreaming* of drawing trains, bears, rabbits, frogs & walruses during the process of this book. It was nutty! :P
