It's always nice to go back and do figure studies. It reminds you of what's underneath the skin.. when you're in the zone of simplifying your drawings all the time. I just think it's great to do both.

Sketchbook - Figure Studies
I don't think learning the names of everything is necessary, but.. it may come in handy someday so it's good to learn.
It's always nice to go back and do figure studies. It reminds you of what's underneath the skin.. when you're in the zone of simplifying your drawings all the time. I just think it's great to do both.

Yep! Hogarth, he's so cool.
It's hard because all of my great books are in Storage in Florida! So... whatever is at the bookstore here, is all I have available to me at the moment.
Next week I'll be doing some searching for more art stores around here & more importantly art supplies!
I've just run into this aussie architect artist girl.. who knows more about the art-side of Australia. Hopefully she can show me around.
I'll be postin more soon!!! ;^) So be on the look-out!
