"Don't lie against your neighbor (Do not lie) The One-O-Nine"
okay.. well, I posted this a while back.. but the video wasn't finished, I guess. So "John Ligon" the author of all the books from,"The Father's Blessing" re-did the video. I did the drawings in this one.. and "Paul Clarkson" did the color.
Now, the "4th Commandment" Book is what I've been working on now. It's got some amazing artwork by Molly who is also one of the artist. She is brilliant in what she does. Now in my drawings of the 9th book. I INKED everything in the computer using, "Corel Painter IX" & "Photoshop". Molly on the other hand, did & still is doing the 4th book in pencil. I'm taking her drawings into Photoshop.. Duplicating the line work, then Darkening the levels & brightening the white space so, it'll look clearer. Also, I'm removing any extra marks that may have appeared there through the scanning process. Then, if there are any opened shapes where the linework doesn't connect. I'm connecting it. Then finally, I can color her work.
Here's a sample from the 4th Book (coming soon!):
I'm truly liking her style heaps more then mine! I'm so taken by each drawing I get from her. Check out her incredible work at www.idleillustration.com
Here are some verses that go with the "9th Commandment":
1.“You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor."
(Exodus 20:16)
2. "For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. These are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man.”"
(Matthew 15:19,20)
3. "So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good?
No one is good but One, that is, God.
But if if you want to enter into life,
keep the commandments.”
He said to Him, “Which ones?”
Jesus said, “ ‘You shall not murder,’ ‘You shall not commit adultery,’ ‘You shall not steal,’ ‘You shall not bear false witness,’ ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’”
The young man said to Him,
“All these things I have kept from my youth. What do I still lack?”
Jesus said to him,
“If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”
But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions."
(Matthew 19:16-22)
4. "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
(Revelation 21:8)

Since you profess to be against lying, I think you'd better have a look at the what I say here, read the link I give to my post in Comfort's blog, and just see what you think about your linking "darwin" with nazism.
The proof is in the pudding.
All Hitler did differently from Darwin, was take an old demonic belief & put it into action.
Darwin was just too scared to bring his theory into reality... and rightly so. Most people who are "unregenerate" are to fearful to put into action the deepest darkest intentional desires they have, for fear of their own life.
As such was the circumstance with Darwin.
Esly,
What are you talking about?
Thanks.
I'm sorry for you Esly, your facts are quite misused.
Darwin's studies were scientific, not demonic. His wife was a Christian and he respected her beliefs.
As for Hitler, yes.
"We hold the spiritual forces of Christianity to be indispensable elements in the moral uplift of most of the German people."
Adolf Hitler
So sorry for you child,
Molly
You can see many of "Darwin's Quotes" in the "comic" I illustrated.(see page 15)
Hitler was not a christian. He even admitted public statements are hallucinated to persuade & having not bearing on truth.
"Hitler's Words":
"To whom should propaganda be addressed? … It must be addressed always and exclusively to the masses… The function of propaganda does not lie in the scientific training of the individual, but in calling the masses' attention to certain facts, processes, necessities, etc., whose significance is thus for the first time placed within their field of vision. The whole art consists in doing this so skilfully that everyone will be convinced that the fact is real, the process necessary, the necessity correct, etc. But since propaganda is not and cannot be the necessity in itself … its effect for the most part must be aimed at the emotions and only to a very limited degree at the so-called intellect… it's soundness is to be measured exclusively by its effective result". (Main Kampf, Vol 1, Ch 6 and Ch 12)
What Hitler enjoyed doing was create his own made-up religion so that he could get many to follow him & agree with him.
HITLER'S LIES IN ACTION:
"As an example of Hitler's honesty, consider the following from a letter by Hitler to the French fascist Hervé and published in the Nazi Völkischer Beobachter on October 26, 1930 (Heiden, Der Fuehrer, p. 414)" :
"I think I can assure you that there is no one in Germany who will not with all his heart approve any honest attempt at an improvement of relations between Germany and France. My own feelings force me to take the same attitude... The German people has the solemn intention of living in peace and friendship with all civilized nations and powers... And I regard the maintenance of peace in Europe as especially desirable and at the same time secured, if France and Germany, on the basis of equal sharing of natural human rights, arrive at a real inner understanding... The young Germany, that is led by me and that finds its expression in the National Socialist Movement, has only the most heartfelt desire for an understanding with other European nations."
Obviously he was lying, here's an even bigger lie.
Ibid
In a similar vein, consider this, from a speech in the Reichstag on 30 Jan. 1939: "Amongst the accusations which are directed against Germany in the so called democracies is the charge that the National Socialist State is hostile to religion. In answer to that charge I should like to make before the German people the following solemn declaration: 1. No one in Germany has in the past been persecuted because of his religious views, nor will anyone in the future be so persecuted..."
No one is going to persecuted for his/her religious views in Germany? Its' well documented that Hitler persecuted any many groups for their religious views, including Protestants, and Catholics(more on that latter)
1st.. ACTIONS speak louder then words. All of Hitler's actions were against that of Jesus.. which put Him FAR-OFF from being a christian.
2nd.. Darwin's "World View" coincided with that of Hitler's. If you look & study what it was, he believed, you will understand that it's exactly what Hitler put into action.
*typo*
He even admitted public statements are hallucinated to persuade &
*has no bearing on truth*

"Darwin's view coincided with that of Hitler's"?
Back that up. Where in ANY of Darwin's writings did he say anything bad about the Jews?
In fact, Hitler was saying stuff like:
"Certainly we don't have to discuss these matters with the Jews, the most modern inventors of this cultural perfume. Their whole existence is an embodied protest against the aesthetics of the Lord's image."
Mein Kampf Volume 1, Chapter 6.
Sure, he was lying about being a Christian, but who's he sucking up to? Whose philosophy, however twisted, is he using here?
Read the link I gave to my comment on Comfort's blog.
Contrast Darwin with admitted Christian Martin Luther. If you'd bothered to read the link I had to my post on Comfort's blog, you'd have seen that during the Nuremberg trials, Julius Streicher had said that it was Martin Luther's ideas they put into action, as printed in his book "On the Jews and Their Lies", not Darwins.
In fact, if you'd bothered to read the link, you'd have seen that, guess what?
Darwin's book was banned in Nazi Germany.
Where did Darwin advocate genocide, please? Remember, I'm talking about actually advocating it, not just talking about it occurring.
Read the link I gave earlier, plus the one I give at the end of this comment. Tell me if this is the kind of man who would do that.
And do not give that old excuse that "He was too scared to impliment the logical outcome" of his idea.
There is nothing in evolutionary theory that espouses genocide.
It's about nature doing selective breeding. Think "animal husbandry" done by natural selection over a vast amount of time, basically.
Where in Mein Kampf did Hitler mention Darwin? No where. He did however, mention some preacher named Karl Leuger and said that he's the guy who first gave him his views on the Jews.
(see Hitler, Mein Kampf: Volume 1, Chapter 2.)
It is obvious that you read nothing of what I said on Comfort's blog.
Even if Hitler was not a christian, those are the people he used to get into power, and to be his accomplices in the Holocaust.
Hitler went after anyone who didn't bow to the Reich. Some religious groups got nailed, some did not.
Once he got into power and consolidated it enough, he had less need of his quislings.
That takes nothing away from the fact that, as Dagobert Runes wrote in "The Jew and The Cross" that Hitler just took over the persecution of the Jews from the centuries long Christian tradition.
And of course, you have a few out-of-context quotes from Darwin.
You may want to read, both of what I posted in Ray's blog, linked to above, and some of this
As for Darwin and women? You do realize that in that time, everyone had a lower view of women and minorities, right?
That's something that Darwin actually grew out of as opposed to imposed on his culture.
How's about some Martin Luther on women?
"Even though they grow weary and wear themselves out with child-bearing, it does not matter; let them go on bearing children till they die, that is what they are there for." Works 20.84
Yes, where in comic is the panel about Hitler & the nazi's banning Darwin's work Esly?
Try just once dear Esly, to think outside your 'Comfort' box and learn to read.
If Christianity is a synonym for 'truth' or 'fact' for you, may your children learn from your mistakes.
Mol'
Esly,
Like almost all Biblical literalists, you appear to take pride in your ignorance of science. I often wonder why that is.
You clearly don't know the first thing about Darwin, evolution or what the one has to do with the other.
Odd.
